Pros
Most people are nice and friendly, the company is very accepting of foreign cultures and peoples, office is cosy, no limitations on home office, they give devs actually powerful and useful laptops
Cons
There are a lot of corporate policies and many of them seem bad or cringy to me. During the COVID pandemic, most people don't have a "set" desk in the office because most people are working from home every day, so it's hard to find a place to work if you go to the office; some people have set desks and some don't, it is hard to tell the difference between them. You might have a good or bad experience working here, very much depending on the team you are in; in some teams you might have a harder time to succeed: lacking management/direction, weak and lacking presence of business side. It seemed to me that they were not up front about limitations or some policies during the recruitment process. It feels like every month or two, they are making some changes to company policies and every time, I am liking it less and less and am once again pondering quitting. If all those changes were made rapidly or in one big batch, I would have quit. But these changes are incremental so it's harder to oppose them.
