      Pros

      - It is a tech center and they really look for new technologies and solutions. Internally they are creating an amazing human side. - Good salary. - Good benefits.

      Cons

      - The leads generally are not well trained, or experients, in managing/leading people. - It is very easy to see ex-developers that from night to day became "leaders". - Still have a lot of legacy projects that will take years to be replaced (or not). - - NO CAREER PLAN.
