Truly grateful for having the opportunity to work for Arxan

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some of the most truly talented leaders and employees in professional services, product management, sales, and engineering. Arxan has one of the most well run Agile / Scrum engineering organizations I've seen. While Arxan is a smaller software company, Arxan truly uses cutting edge product management, project management, engineering tools to get the job done.

Cons

This company thrives on getting things done. If you want to fly below the radar and do mediocre work, this isn't the place for you. If you want to be challenged and learn some really cutting edge security technology unlike any other, check out Arxan.

Pros

While at work, I am literally surrounded by brilliant people. I feel I am a better person because of it. With Purdue just down the road we get a lot of bright people and great interns. The pay is great and benefits are pretty good for the most part. The open atmosphere is great, if I had a question I could literally shout it out and have someone shout back an answer.

Cons

No matching 401(k) or tuition reimbursement. Working with offices in other time zones can be difficult sometimes. Some ideas never get off the drawing board (not so bad now with new manager and more employees).

Great momentum heading into 2019

Pros

Introduced some great new products and technology into market in 2018 that are very relevant to current industry trends. We have a talented and motivated team that is passionate about what we do as an organization. The business has strong momentum closing out 2018 and it is fun to be a part of that and know that I helped contribute to the company's success this year.

Cons

2018 got off to a rough start with a reorganization and we lost some good talent as a result. Leadership changes throughout the year (CFO, CTO) caused some uncertainty - but we significantly upgraded the talent in those two roles.
