Hard working colleagues, nice offices, smart engineers in IN

CEO is firing all of his direct reports and has no clue about how to grow the company. The Board needs to step in and make a change ASAP.

CEO Joe Sander is moving HQ from Bethesda to SF because ts convenient for him and his family. He doesn't understand this business. The few times I have visited Bethesda during his tenure, employees have shared he does not interact with anyone, just stays in his office. This is the most uninspiring, low energy CEO I've ever worked worked with
