Pros

Pay is just okay. Retirement is good but you have to wait 5 years to be fully vested. Good job to start and get experience for a few years before moving on to something better.

Cons

Safety only gets lip service. Management is disorganized. HR calls way too many shots. Anyone with any authority is always looking out for themself.

Pros

I enjoyed my time here. Very nice colleagues, it felt like a family. Lots of learning opportunities and autonomy with projects. I never took work home and had to worry about it after and work life balance was good. My manager was great as well, they did not micromanage and also valued our input. On rare occasions, I had to stay a little late to get work done. There were tons of company social events, free breakfasts and lunches etc. We were always recognized for our work.

Cons

With it being a smaller company, opportunities for upward mobility were very limited depending in your department. They lacked true diversity and could definitely improve there
