The onboarding is very structured. We use Asana internally for everything and it's very clear what is expected from you within the first few weeks/months. The culture is absolutely amazing. Leadership really does care about the people and preserving diversity. The overall compensation is VERY competitive.

Cons

Overall, there is a lot to learn and a lot of information thrown at you. Typical new hire challenges.

The people, the process, the work management - all get five stars from me! I love how organized things are (well because, Asana) and the warm welcome I got during onboarding was outstanding! They welcome everyone, culture is great and inclusion is obviously a value they live by everyday. I can highly recommend Asana as a place to work.
