Pros

Used to have a good work culture and good WLB before the new CEO joined

Cons

New management is completely directionless and no longer takes a data-driven approach, just whatever the C-suite wants. Relentlessly and quietly laying off staff across offices because the company is struggling Morale is terrible because of layoffs and their retention struggles; employees are dropping like flies.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Offices get free breakfast + lunch. 3-day-a-week hybrid work model that's not hyper-monitored (yet). There are glimpses of a great work culture that still linger.

Cons

5 star reviews are requested as part of your onboarding process, aka when you would feel the most positive about the company. Take that as you will. Constant reorgs and layoffs along with high voluntary attrition. Morale feels awful, and it's not a fun experience to go into every week wondering what change you'll have to discuss with your manager. Lots of senior leadership heading for the exit. C-suite forcing AI on everyone because they want to look like an "AI-forward" company. Loads of workslop being generated as a result. Stock is in the gutter.
