- there's respect for who you are and what you bring to the table - because of Asana's platform, it's easy to prove your successes and what you've brought to the table - I love how organized everything is, it's great for my ADHD brain - people enjoy working here, and that makes it better to work here. It feels like people care. - the matcha is delicious and so is the food

Cons

- RSUs are meh compared to other companies - there are no bonuses - the turnover of CEOs has caused some confusion, people leaving, and expectations changing - lunch only goes until 1:30pm - there's rarely a gluten and nut free breakfast treat :( - coffee shop closes at 3p
