Amazing management, relaxed dress code, huge internal opportunity, a nice salary, excellent training, out standing benefits.

I have to enter at least 5 words for Cons. Seriously though, I look forward to a long career with this company.

Good pay and good benefits

Cons

Management is horrible. They do not value you nor do they appreciate your hard work or anything. There is a lot of dumb people in management positions that do not have common sense. They do not give good work/life balance they expect you to not have a life outside of work and be there 100% of your time and if you do not come in when your off or do OT when they ask than you are frowned upon.
