Pros

Pay is adequate for many positions. Good health insurance. Unlimited pto plan. Growth opportunities if you don't mind moving to Kansas.

Cons

Stated corporate culture and actual corporate culture are way different. Attitude of "We know everything , you know nothing and you should just be thankful you have a job. " Pay for sales teams is underwhelming.

- Gives us the creative space to do our jobs and do it well using each of our own individual talent sets. - Appreciation is shown regularly by sponsored events, competitions, lunches/dinners, etc - Company with high acclaim across the nation and a highly considered product.

Cons

Light on training - not a lot of guidance. Peer to peer mentorship is key to success

Lags in processes, documentation and intra-BU communication; but improving upon them. Lags formal training for new hires. Less funding on training and technologies.
