Pros

I have been working for Ascend for less than a year, however they truly show you the path to success. I'm in sales so the fact that I knew my monthly, quarterly, and annual quota was a breath of fresh air. They do a fantastic job of on-boarding and illustrating the other Business Units that you can work for. They truly want you to spend your career with them, and I am really looking forward to the future with Ascend!!

Sales Reps - Stay Away!! The only reason ATI received a one star is because there were no negatives. The management from top down are truly incompetent and are ONLY out for themselves. The platform which controls the entire product line is worthless yet they will not replace. You are constantly putting out fires and apologizing to your schools rather than trying to help them out with ATI products and actually selling. I could go on and on but simply not worth my time.

It's a great place to work...if you like arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. New management cleaned house and got rid of many talented employees with great ideas and replaced them with cut-rate off-shore contractors who have no idea what is going on.
