      Great work-life balance. Excellent benefits (rental car every month, gas paid for, work from home, etc)

      Cons

      Not much to say, fantastic company to work for. Always looking for ways to bring innovative products to market.

      Pros

      Great crash course into learning all the aspects of textbook publishing. You are able to learn and work with all the different teams as well as work above your pay grade.

      Cons

      Very little room to move up in the company. Does not promote from within very often.

      Pros

      Flexibility and benefits. They really do just require you to do your job. Don't necessarily have to be in the office everyday between 8 and 5.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability from resources. It's okay to ignore emails. "Everyone is busy". Well so am I!
