      Pleanty of work with low rewards

      Cons

      The senio rleadership team rolled down a mandatory mandate requiring all employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated for Dovid-19 by Feb 1, 2022 or employment termination will occur. Ther eis no offer for negative Covid-19 testing. Tis deadline falls right before the bonus pay-out for the 2021 work year.

      - Its not a diverse workforce - Management is hit or miss - CRM & Tech in general is outdated
