      Benefits if you get to use them.

      A lot of turnover for most, with exception few of those that have been there for a long time. Support is minimal and begrudgingly.

      Good salaries over all good culture

      Cons

      Unlimited time off (in name only, you have to schedule everything else and are expected to be available at all times) Long hours Understaffed Benefits are good but expensive (mine cost 2x as much as my previous employer)

      Pros

      Lots of kind and hard working people. Good company to work for, depending on the department.

      Cons

      Beware of ATI sales. Lots of dissatisfied reps due to questionable management tactics and toxic culture. The turnover is extremely high for a reason. There seems to be higher job satisfaction in other departments. Sales is rife with burnout and disdain for management.
