      Pros

      This company has a generous salary and benefit plan, a family friendly work environment, and employs many talented individuals. Location is convenient for commuting.

      Cons

      The past 2 years have seen multiple layoffs, reorganizations, "shuffling" of employees to roles that are not in sync with their talents. Focus on improving the bottom line via cutting staff, travel, professional development, product improvement, new product development = bad morale.

      - actual benefitss are different from the promised one (on paper) - traditional management - a company that likes to believe that they are realists in the approach but are actually very conservative - very high employee attrition rate - company strategy/ long-term vision is not communicated well to the employees
