      Pros

      Great work/life balance Opportunity to grow within organization Relaxed atmosphere Good leadership team

      Cons

      Had to use PTO days for bereavement - most companies treat that separate from PTO time Wasn't happy to have been forced to get "Vaccine" for risk of losing job, only to have mandate lifted, especially since we were working from home all that time.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. The company values are one of my favorite things as you can really see people living these values. The work/life balance is also very refreshing.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, one thing that is challenging is always knowing who to go to for what but there is typically always someone available if you need help.
