Executive leadership and their inability to plan and execute is the greatest liability to this company. Instead of leadership, there is blame. Their fingers are pointed at each other and the directors for their inability to reach goals. The problem is at the very top.

Employees get treated like a number, not a person. I was offered a position in a struggling department. the compensation that I believed would match the heavier work load was meet by HR. For some reason they didn't realize I was an internal canidate. With thay knowledge they couldn't offer me that price. I now work for a competitive hospital making more than what I asked for in the struggling department.
