I cannot think of any pros other than you get a paycheck regularly

Cons

Very poorly run. Top Corporate management are highest paid non-profit executives in America and way overpaid. Poor strategic decision making and poor management. This is not a true non-profit hospital system. The catholic church needs to pay attention to what's going on or within a few years there won't be much left.

Good direct management, average salary, average health benefits.

Cons

Faith based, non profit that doesn't regard their employees when restructuring happens. Doesn't matter the years of service, you're out the door with very little severance or consideration for new positions. Run!
