      The most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. And that's saying a lot.

      They will reach out to you for an interview.

      Cons

      They will reach out to you for an interview, and then never call you back. Their "talent recruiters" will spin you a nice tale in an email, and then set up an appointment. The appointment will come and go, and you will not be contacted. They won't even bother to send you a message saying they are unavailable. Just read the reviews from other employees and you'll see the unorganized mess this company is. They put you in a completely different job than the one advertised, and then fire you if you complain. This company is going downhill quick, and soon will join the dustbin of other failed financial services scams.

      Pros

      Nice environment with a lot fun working here. Tons of learning opportunities. A truly agile process is followed and reviewed the process periodically. Management is periodically share town hall meetings. Tenure of most employees on this company is really long. This means they are very satisfied and company did a great job retaining them and make them happy.

      Cons

      Frequent Management structure changes impacts on project and work. I noticed even 2 times in one year. Health benefit needs to increase more. Have to wait for long time for 401K vesting. Others benefit needs to include. On premise has canteen. But, you need to buy your food. Work wise, a lot technical debt needs to overcome. Management is not looking into those until those appears bigger issue and projects had to spend a lot money.

      Executive leadership favoritism and nepotism Cafeteria food is not edible CEO is leaving and current President will make it even worse Way too many old timers who are opposed to any sort of culture change
