      Pros

      The employees are good people to work with. The benefits are pretty good. Staff is treated pretty well (except very heavy workloads).

      Cons

      No real defined career path. There is some opportunity to move around but no real defined career path. Most opportunities are more of a lateral change, with different responsibilities. The staff is usually overloaded with work and management doesn't allocate more resources timely.

      Pros

      PTO(4 weeks first year) and Affordable Benefits. Health insurance was great coverage.

      Cons

      work hard and no compassion. If you are not in "the click" right away you will not go anywhere. Lots of lying and backstabbing especially from managers they will not support line level employees. Too many people in charge that have slept their way to positions or clearly received positions because of spouse/affair in the office. NOT a friendly place for minorities or gay/lesbian. Why have they fired so many??? (if you are LGBT... stay in the closet, glad I did!) People in Brainerd location stay mainly for the benefits- they are locked into not many other options Dresher location - Treat other locations as scum Fargo - lost in the world.
