Pros

co workers and paid time off- you will need it since this place has no work/life balance. you can expect to be micromanaged if you work in service, admin, or sales

Cons

Low pay, highly stressful work environment, fights between departments, technology frequently breaks down, extremely low morale on front lines, below average 401k plan for a company that provides 401k plan (that should tell you something right there), management is clueless how to run a company and frankly there are too many of them and not enough people on the phones. Core values are a joke among people that work for this company.

Pros

A growing company with opportunities for advancement as long as you are willing to do your part and put in the effort. They are always looking for ways to boost the satisfaction of both their external and internal clients. Technology upgrades and improvements have recently been made and will continue to be a main focus. The company offers paid holidays, ample vacation time, 401k and HSA contributions, benefits and paid time to volunteer in the community. The noble cause and core values mean something to this company and everyone who works here.

Cons

I truly have no cons to speak of. Things aren’t always perfect, nor will it be anywhere, but there has not been a single moment in my career with the company where I wished I was working somewhere else.
