      Pros

      Flexible work environment; great leadership team. Really try to be good communicators at senior levels and share results and goals. Excellent benefits and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Industry regulations mean lots of changes, wish more associates were truly engaged -- vocal minority spends too much time complaining and not doing. Like any larger company, some inconsistent leadership at the front line level but also opportunities.

      Pros

      Workday app for timekeeping and PTO, well-designed website. There is a generous PTO program, yet sometimes it is difficult to get PTO approved, especially when you have a lot of time accrued. Awesome CEO!

      Cons

      Lots of unrealistic deadline; too many simultaneous and disorganized projects; decisions and approvals take an unnecessarily long time which creates even more last minute deadlines; expectation of working long hours and while on PTO, yet salaried employees are wrongfully docked for working partial days; low morale. The company definitely does not value you.

      The benefits and my co-workers.

      Cons

      Awful work environment. Unrealistic deadlines/expectations. Plan on working 50-60 hours a week, weekends and holidays and being criticized and yelled at regularly. Completely unorganized. Management unable to foresee and plan for common events in administration and you will bear the burden for this mismanagement. Also probably the worst communication skills from management I have ever experienced. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
