      Pay and paid time off.

      Cons

      Management does not live up to the core values of Ascensus. After reading mixed reviews I decided to accept a position at Ascensus. I was there for a short period of time and the turnover rate was extremely high. It is hard to be successful in a company when management does not know what they are doing. There is a lot of disconnect within the organization. You are constantly seeing issues, yet never celebrating successes. Just an overall unprofessional work environment.

      Good job for undergrads to get foot in door

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Pretty easy going as long as you get your work done. Can move within company.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees unless they personally like you. Too many play favorites. They'll make their employees drive into work in the middle of a major snowstorm. Cannot take time off during major holidays.
