      Quick hiring process,flexibility in work schedule, friendly management, clean environment, helpful co workers, nice office equipment, good benefits if full time employee

      Cons

      Uncertainty of full time opportunity, lots of downtime day drags, training doesn't prepare well for actual job, stuck at desk on headset.

      Pros

      A very good group pf people. They act in a manner consistent with Ascensus' mission and values. They know their place in the marketplace and focus on optimizing their position in that market. Not many companies are that self-knowledgeable and confident.

      Cons

      Ascensus is owned by a private equity company and that can sometimes constrain the ambitions and growth of the organization.

      Pros

      All development teams practice SCRUM. I have been in other organizations where Development practiced SCRUM/Agile but the business side of the company did not support it. At Ascensus, the entire company has bought into this approach including business and upper management.

      Cons

      Development is divided into multiple SCRUM teams. Cross team learning, coordination, and communication could be improved.
