      Allows for work remote work

      Due to several acquisitions, RSCs have been overloaded with work, have not received additional assistance and upper management has continued to add to the workload without adding extra help. Company use to incentivize employees for exceptional work, but that has long gone with all the recent changes. Compensation is also on the lower side when compared to the average pay with competitors.

      Really nice workplace environment and culture. Supportive managers. Great training, especially for new to the industry employees.

      Cons

      There is a ton of information to learn for the industry, and it will take months to really learn the industry rules. There are a ton of systems to use, which will also take a while to become familiar with.
