Pros

co workers and paid time off- you will need it since this place has no work/life balance. you can expect to be micromanaged if you work in service, admin, or sales

Cons

Low pay, highly stressful work environment, fights between departments, technology frequently breaks down, extremely low morale on front lines, below average 401k plan for a company that provides 401k plan (that should tell you something right there), management is clueless how to run a company and frankly there are too many of them and not enough people on the phones. Core values are a joke among people that work for this company.

Technology- although it's being worked on Pay could be better If you don't like change, not for you Can feel disorganized

Pros

Not much to place here. This place treats their employees like they are in kindergarten. Everything but paying their employees what they deserve

Cons

High turnover. Rampant favoritism, unprofessional managers, outdated recordkeeping system, expensive health benefits, corny core values that noone follows or lives by, long vesting schedules since they know people wont last, angry clients /advisors, outdated technology , high fees, and low pay for work
