      Pros

      Good place for growth. Opportunities to learn something new are always available. Pay is good as well as the benefits.

      Cons

      Training was horrible, had to learn 95% of the job on the floor. Morale is low and efforts to increase it are lacking. Lack of communication between different departments.

      Pros

      Everything - people, salary, benefits, VTO & PTO, work/life balance.. I could go on. This is my first job out of college and compared to most others I know my own age, I'm significantly happier and doing better overall. This company actually sticks by its core values and takes care of their employees. I have better benefits and more PTO than my parents, it's pretty phenomenal.

      Cons

      Sometimes upper management assigns too much at once, but they are reasonable when you explain that.

      Pros

      The job is not difficult at all and the team in this office is good. After reading some of the other reviews, I am not sure what goes on in other offices across the country, but mine is a very small and close office and there is great team work. There is a lot of opportunity for movement within the company for full time permanent employees.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are underwhelming to say the least. The only healthcare options offered are High Deductible plans that max at 80% coverage, which is fine as long as nothing major happens to you or a family member. The pay is well below what one would expect from a multi-billion dollar company. Also, for a company with a 401k division, an 8% match is an insult.
