Pros

Ascensus is my 4th company in 10 years and easily the best company I have been at so far in my career. There are many opportunities to grow here and if you excel you will be rewarded and honored. Productive work does not go unnoticed here. The work/life balance is also great. 1-2 days a week work from home is priceless. The IT technologies are a work in progress given the legacy nature of the applications, but upper management is giving autonomy to it's associates by letting them innovate.

Cons

Way too many meetings. It gets out of hand some days with all the scrum ceremonies + miscellaneous ad hoc meetings. The 401k perks should be better for a company that specializes in 401k. It's not bad, but is just average. I would expect it to be above average at least. Average match and long vesting.
