Ascent has stayed strong through the challenges of the past 19 months. Like all companies, it isn't the right company for everyone. For the individual who is committed to performance and contributing to an exceptional experience, he/she can build one's own career path. With our path to the future, there will be many more opportunities, new benefit packages and a wealth of training and advancement choices for everyone.

Cons

Probably the greatest challenge some team members face is the lack of commitment to show their ability through performance. What we do speaks volumes.
