Concerns are twisted back on employees instead of being addressed. • Accountability is nonexistent — blame is always shifted downward. • Decisions are made behind closed doors, with no transparency or honesty. • A culture of fear, favoritism, and intimidation makes it impossible to grow or feel supported. • Feedback is treated as disloyalty, and anyone who speaks up is targeted.
