the fact that they can't keep management employees means that you are on your own most of the time.

Cons

no training, no structure or systems.no culture and very unorganized company that changes the rules whenever it benefits them. John Tampa is only looking out for himself. owner is also management company so everything is done on the cheap. no recognition for good work, only complaints that it's not enough

They paid me every week

Cons

Very weak upper management. Very high turn around. No support from corporate. They would tell me I can pay someone "X" amount, and then come to find out that person is making 2 dollars less than what you told them they would make. It undermines you and the company.
