Pros

New Development, lot of growth. Good opportunity to learn multiple brands and multiple markets within one management company if you are young, have no small children, and don’t want to spend large amounts of time with your family. Do these types of things while you can!!

Cons

They write the hotel budgets with no input from the local market experts. So they are really tough to achieve.
