Cons

Management lacking preventative maintenance foresight, Cement sells itself and when a plant realizes this they worry only about how much money can be made. Beware of HR at Louisville, they do not care about the employees.

Love the work and the environment is okay. My type of place.

Cons

It's hard to get a long with the people there. Lot of lazy people, soon as the boss walks out the door everyone sits down
