A lot of talented people working toward common goals. It's not a flashy company and most people are down to earth. Community involvement is supported through the charitable foundations, and by the employees who care about giving back.

Cons

Relatively flat organization with limited options to move up. Things are moving in the right direction to make changes where it makes sense.
