They hired a new upper management who no longer care about the people. I don't recommend this place like I once did.

I wish I never would have signed the dotted line on my offer letter. This company uses the cheapest systems that aren’t user friendly. They have archaic processes, unorthodox systems, excessive spreadsheets and aimless meetings, unwelcoming HR team, and the poor people in manufacturing/distribution are working in a sweatshop for pennies. Handcrafted furniture for $15/hr in 2025 is insane. It’s completely inhumane and I’m pretty sure not OSHA compliant. No hard hats or safety shoes enforced. Also, very high turn-over, lack of employee engagement and development/succession plans. They say the morale is down at multiple facilities but do nothing to improve it. All they care about is sales. Hence their company mission and values, they fail to emphasize anything about integrity, being people-focused, or ethics just “MAKE MORE MONEY” jargon. I feel like I’ve been taken back 15 years in my career working here…if you are a polished professional with years of experience and want to work in a positive work culture, streamlined processes, develop in your career, build momentum with the team, and are creative I do not recommend applying here. Lastly, I was recently talking to someone on the leadership team who has been with the company 5+ years and asked them about why there are issues with turnover and they said “company reputation and pay, we’re not competitive and this place is a revolving door”. That should tell you something. I’m in a complete culture shock.
