Pros

The company offers Summer Fridays off, which is the best benefit for us, staff travel grants, awesome health and dental benefits. Work starts at 9:30 and ends at 5:30PM.

Cons

The salary is low especially for those who started to work there more than 5 years ago.

The building is really nice. They put on great exhibitions and performances. However, it's very small and feels so insignificant compared to all of the other surrounding NYC cultural institutions. Decent benefits and vacation.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. You will be expected to work long hours for horrible pay. Also, prepare to be scolded if you take time off.
