Pros

Asia Society is a unique organization with a global, multidisciplinary mission that includes arts and culture, policy, and education. High-level global leaders, thinkers, and influencers pass through its doors on a regular basis. The content and substance of the work is high quality, due to the hard work and dedication of staff.

Cons

The institution is not able to capitalize on its strengths to build a coherent strategic vision. There is a lot of work that is not strategic and has little to no impact. There is also a lot of competition and territorialism between departments, which trickles down through to all levels of staff.
