The organization had a great HR policy providing independence to employees at all levels to strive for performance and growth while keeping a work-life balance.

Cons

Stock policy was very vague, which led to confusion and financial loss typically for employees who had ESOPs in previous companies, While at Aspect the ESOPs were nominal and couldn't be cashed or vested to the benefit of the employees
