Pros

Market leader with the best solution available. Willing to take measured risks and allow the empowerment of employees to innovate. Investing a great deal to ensure market position.

Cons

Market leader, but in a field that does not have a great deal of competition. The investment strategy, while eliminating the "few" competitors, leaves the historically low-debt company in a high debt situation. Consistent two-faced statements, late night shredding, self promotion, and padding of each others pockets in the senior management leaves very little respect from the staff. Just a 9-5 job?

Pros

Leadership in customer relationships management software industry

Cons

Too many acquisitions that result to competing products. Poor hardware platforms that need upgrades, although if it can run the call center management software, then perhaps hardware can lag behind industry standards.

Pros

Aspect allows employees in the Atlanta office to telecommute. This is due to the merger that resulted in the new office being relocated 20 miles outside the Atlanta perimeter. Employees are allotted a give number of days based on the increase in commute time.

Cons

This company has confirmed that they promote on time-in-position as opposed to performance and merit. Also, there is a tendency for people to come here and "get by" with no aspirations of bettering themselves or the company. Therefore you end up with a lot of 10yr old dead weight. Until management finds the stones to clean house, I don't see this company going anywhere fast. Furthermore, lower management has a strong tendency to adopt a micro-management style due to the strong focus on metrics pushed on them by upper management.
