Pros

-Friendly and welcoming coworkers -Laid back office environment -Decent/competitive overall salary and benefits -More experienced coworkers usually are willing to help new hires with difficult issues

Cons

-management clearly does not value the support employees -lack of training on certain supported software -poor vision and direction from the top down -support branch is understaffed for the amount of customers/cases. this makes it difficult to meet metrics set by management -salary was okay, but very poor pay increases while I was there; not enough to keep up with rising cost of living

Pros

Close to home. Almost decent salary.

Cons

Compensation did not match capabilities or achievements. Poor management. Manager never came to my site to discuss my work. Company in bankruptcy. Layoffs every year, up to 40%. Equipment outdated, little support.

Great co-workers and work enviroment

Cons

This kinda says it. Employees get 1% 401. Low raise and no bonuses Top 14 exec get The proposed plan is $1.75 mil for each of Q1 and Q2 this year for the top 14 execs, This is from the bankruptcy proceedings and was approved. It was also sealed with one of the reasons being it would reduce employee moral. No kidding
