There are several group layoffs every year. The company seems to have very tight financial window and no cushion to sustain it through its 'move to the cloud' - the result is that poor sales performance is usually offset with staff reductions or swapping higher paid employees for lower paid employees. In the past few years, many positions have moved to regions with lower operation costs or have been changed from employee positions to contract positions. There is little or no 401k match. Not much opportunity to advance within the company, career path planning should include the real possibility that advancement means leaving the company.

Some manager would ask you to work all hours and not give overtime even though is was against policy but upper management did nothing about it.
