Pros
I joined the company about a year ago. I have had many legacy and long-time employees tell me that things are extremely different than they were even 5 years ago, due to the rebuilding, restructuring and rebranding of the entire company. The overwhelming consensus is that the change was for the better. Most of the people I've encountered are friendly and work very hard to fulfill the new expectations put out by the executives and the industry. Work life balance and time off are the best I've had. Since the company is spread out over multiple global offices, and there are many remote employees, working from home regularly is an option with most departments. As with any other job, there's busy times and slow times, but I feel like the flexibility is there to take time off when you need it so you don't get burnt out. Also, in regards to the global workforce, the sales teams have a yearly conference to bring everyone together. Not only is it a fun time, but it's awesome that the company puts forward the effort to bring everyone together as a team.
Cons
Although people are generally friendly and willing to help out when you ask of it, I feel like sometimes there is a disconnect or lack of communication between departments. There is a ton of knowledge to be shared, and some amazing resources, but it is either hard to find or is hoarded in some other database. More communication and sharing of information would be helpful to everyone.
