The talent is quickly hemorrhaging out the door (voluntarily & involuntarily) and being replaced with folks that are new to this industry; it will take them some time before they are real contributors. The "We are back" comment of "Blow up the previous culture that was Duluth and Lombard" by a Sr Mgr is pretty telling.

Interview process is unprofessional and long (1/2 day interview, 2 weeks of HR nonsense) - two fingerprintings and FBI checks, drug tests, financial background checks. While I was there we had multiple layoffs and more were coming; rumor mill was rampant. Many people were leaving anyway, and many were 10+ year veterans. Salaries are very low and they talk about bonuses and commissions but no one I worked with had gotten a bonus in years. The commission structure makes it almost impossible to get one. It's not a company that welcomes new hires. Some in management are good but have given up; others are arrogant, oblivious and unskilled at simple human interaction. Many of the old guard are threatened by people with experience so expect to be spoken to by some as if you're unskilled and a bit stupid. Expect simple requests for anything to take weeks with lots of follow up. Things are broken all the time, from the project creation in Oracle to wireless and VPN access and no one seems to care. These are all simple things that much smaller companies get right every day. Zero perks.
