Life Balance, Work Culture is OK for Indian standards.

Cons

At-least 4 lay-off a Year, Minimum Guaranteed. Employee perks removed, - Lunch, Outing etc Expect everyday as final day at Work !! really, at least till one survives till lunch break :)

Was fun in the beginning. Progressively gotten worse with mergers/acquisitions and the current outlook is bleak

Pros

Benefits are decent. Culture is ok. Certain product suite are still respected in certain segments.

Cons

Middle and upper management is crap. No long term vision or proper execution. Taken lots of baggage over the years by acquisition and mergers. Talents and hard work is not valued right. BS'ers, politicians and big talkers climb up the ladder quick. The new CEO is a dumb wit who sends weekly email rant with full of typos and grammatical mistakes that's supposed to be inspiring memo to employees... but it only has info about weather, who he met with and what he discussed that week. At CEO level, I expect you to know the difference between 'there' and 'their' at least...

Pros

There are none. The company is on it's way down and out - it's just a matter of time.

Cons

Too many to mention. The management is terrible. There is a blame culture. Everyone has sloping shoulders. No one backs anyone up. Customers only stay as they have no choice due to huge legacy installations, and no money to replace. The product is flaky, expensive and not how it is described.
