New management has little concern for employee morale and have been critical of the branding, event theme and core solution Recent layoffs have put a strain on employees who have been asked to take on significant increased workloads Merit increases have been frozen for 2019 and budgets have been slashed

15 years - Way too many layoffs now Bankruptcy

Pros

I learned a lot while working here, Many very good managers. Very good benefits.

Cons

Layoffs almost annually (had to make numbers look good to go public). Now in Bankruptcy, glad I am no longer employed or I am sure I would soon be looking. Near the end of my time it was like rats leaving a sinking ship.

Pros

There is a good work-life balance and the compensation is fair. There is opportunity if you are looking for work in India or don't have much experience. Good place to start a career and gain experience. Although there are several group layoffs each year, the company looks at open position elimination before it moves to staff reduction or reallocation.

Cons

There are several group layoffs every year. The company seems to have very tight financial window and no cushion to sustain it through its 'move to the cloud' - the result is that poor sales performance is usually offset with staff reductions or swapping higher paid employees for lower paid employees. In the past few years, many positions have moved to regions with lower operation costs or have been changed from employee positions to contract positions. There is little or no 401k match. Not much opportunity to advance within the company, career path planning should include the real possibility that advancement means leaving the company.
