Pros

Good people to work with. Pays well but they have to or they couldn’t hire anyone. Good WFM, failed Omni-channel solution (goes down every weekend), strong outbound.

Cons

A slow dying company. Current investors refused to reinvest and they promoted the President to CEO. This is the same person who took the company down to this point. Never made his numbers but continually rewarded. This tells you everything you need to know about why this once great company is failing.

the company overall is great, really good products and solutions.

Cons

The biggest problem is some of the management and the (lack of) direction and focus. I was brought in for a specific purpose, but was not given all the tools to succeed. Ultimately I struggled daily due to poor management and lack of support from my direct management to get the needed changes within the company

Pros

Most of the people working for Aspect are great. They have flexible work hours. The benefits and salaries are good.

Cons

The company has no direction. It wants to innovate, but no detailed plans how to get there. The execs have grand plans but no path how to get there. Middle management are just trying to hold onto what they have and are not willing to stick their necks out. It is all about short term revenue to them. Had multiple lay-off over the years, so no job security. No long-term plans or investments. Internal processes are horrible. The best people are already leaving the sinking ship.
