Pros

People are great. Benefits ok. Office is nice but they try to look like Google which they are not.

Cons

Always has layoffs. No 401k match. Filed Chapter 11 so expecting layoffs to start again in the next few months. Stress is high. most people have their lives on hold because they are worried if they will have jobs by the end of the summer. Old products. Way behind on new technology.

I really cannot think of any.

Cons

I think most of us were looking forward to new executive team. Boy... bring back the old. Employees are not treated like assets. They seem to be viewed as liabilities. Just numbers on a spreadsheet. look for a company that considers employee assets. This is not the palce

Pros

Good people to work with... but not for.

Cons

No loyalty to their staff. You are a number... an expensive line in a ledger book. If they can find someone to do your job cheaper, they will. Not concerned with better just cheaper.
