      Aspen has a very good reputation. They are known for the quality and caliber of their work. The projectsn are often unique and challenging. The work environment is collaborative and congenial. You can learn a lot about the environmental consulting business at Aspen.

      Cons

      You have to be ready to work hard at times. Deadlines are important and extra effort is needed sometimes.
