Best tech people met in industry. If you are a tech savy willing to do the same job forever, it's perfect.

Cons

No work life balance. No respect for employees (business trip issues, contract conditions non respected). No vision from Product Managament. No respect for customers' needs. Core products working, but not evolving. No chances to climb the ladder, nor developments plans to allow high performers to grow.
