      Love my team, interesting problems I get to work on. Generally good office culture in Medina

      Bad communication from Execs. Low pay - everyone I talked to got 3% raises or less in the last review period. Ever since the AspenTech acquisition there has been little to no positive change, but a lot of headaches (too fast rollout of new IT infrastructure, quietly lowered maternity leave, etc)
